polar Express Request Form 2023!

If you would like to request the Knoxville Dream Center Polar Express to come to your school (grades K-5), just fill out the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible to finalize the details of your event. Preference is given to Title-One Schools.
Note: The Polar Express can only fit up to 22 students at a time. We advise using this as a reward or incentive for good behavior, perfect attendance, etc. We look forward to seeing you onboard the Polar Express!
